The PURPOSE program seeks to train a diverse cohort of fellows in research with a focus on social justice in education with the long-term goal of increasing the diversity of the doctorate in education science. There are a number of benefits for fellows including a stipend, funding for travel and research materials, and one-on-one relationships with PURPOSE faculty mentors.
